For more than a decade, I have developed and implemented effective social media campaigns that put people at the heart of the content and connect with audiences. Adapting to emerging trends, flexing to learn new platforms and standards as I go, I have brought a creative mindset and a rigorous commitment to understanding and using analytics to glean needed insights about user behavior, implementing strategic shifts when they’re needed and celebrating successes along the way. Highlights
During academic year 2023 - 2024, boosted Office of International Affairs IG engagement rate by 17%. Helped unit focus on high-performing video content, increasing video views by 70% on FB and 16% on IG. Established LinkedIn channel and grew followers to 2,500 in first year.
Collaborated with student ambassadors to create engaging Day in the Life video and post content for International Affairs channels, foregrounding first-person storytelling that puts viewers in the action. Worked with enterprise level social media team for Ohio State to collaborate on a study abroad student reel that received nearly 60,000 views and more than 1,600 engagements, a rate 400% higher than the next best performing video content on the unit’s channel.
Established regular post cadence, content strategy and goals for Worthington Resource Pantry, a small nonprofit with a full-time staff of two. Grew Facebook reach by 18% and IG reach by 66%, enhancing agency’s online presence.
2021 Giving Tuesday multi-platform fundraising campaign for Worthington Resource Pantry increased dollars raised by 62% that year.
